Which set of UW CCS Cases are more important? Simulated or read out?

Hey everyone,

So I am quite short of time. My exam is like in 3 weeks. So I want to know what should I concentrate on in terms of CCS. The 52 simulated UW cases or the 41 read out cases? In your experience, which did you find more useful and close to the exam? And how did you go about doing them and remembering the crucial steps?
