Seriously? These are things you should have figured out months, if not years ago.
hows the college life, how hard is it?
Med school is a lot of information quickly. It is not a walk in the park, but it's doable.
what does it feel like to be a doctor? How do you know that you 'really love medicine' if you don't have any idea on this?
Have you seriously never shadowed? Volunteered in a clinical setting? How do you have no idea what it's like being a doctor?
will my salary be high?
Yes. So will your debt level.
will i be happy?
No clue. Some say ignorance is bliss, so...maybe?
But all joking aside, how on earth do you expect anyone to be able to answer this but yourself...certainly you shouldn't expect anonymous strangers to know.
and will i get a bright future? thanks.
What does that even mean? Your future is 99% likely that you will be a doctor. Do you consider that a bright future?

So whats amazing about this is the first poster answered thinking the OP was American, and not a troll.

In moments like this I really hope these people will enjoy the profession they accidentally found themselves in ...for their own sake and for their future patients.

Heaven forbid a thread actually starts out with advice instead of a string of unhelpful posts and calling troll.

It is very difficult for us to know how it will be, as we don't live or practice medicine in your country. It is highly unlikely that you would be practicing medicine here. Good luck though.

I loathe and despise troll-hunting, as I find it the lowest form of self-congratulatory prickishness. I would rather a forum with 50% trolls than one with even 10% troll-hunters (those who post things like 'way to fall for the troll' and 'do not feed the troll').
