Anyone know? 95 a year is.. less ideal than free :)

It's released, doesn't appear so and I wouldn't expect it to. If anything, I would expect the AAP to strike a deal for its resident members as it appears to be a true pediatric podcast and not a pediatric emergency medicine podcast...
 
Agree with above. I listened to the first free episode. It is intended for pediatric generalists, primarily. The sections on ADHD (there are two) are essentially useless to an EM resident. The first section, on pediatric elbow injuries, is a great review of a difficult topic, but unfortunately when they get to management of each specific injury, the answer is often "Send to the ED," as opposed to a review of the actual emergent management.
