Winter Courses Needed

I am trying to graduate on time so I will have my undergraduate degree with hoping to get accepted to PT school in the fall. Some of the courses I need to complete are
HHP 345- Exercise Physiology
HHP 430- Advance Athletic Training
HHP 435 Adult Fitness, Exercise Prescription
HHP 448 Motor Learning

and any two HHP Classes 300 level and above electives. I was wondering if there any university that anyone can guide me to, to take these classes online over the winter thanks.
