Women's hair color

I have very light blonde hair (female). Should I dye it darker for my interviews or will they not judge me based off the stereotype "dumb blonde"?

OP has a point, I think stereotypes may act as a barrier in joining some professions. How many Asian female truckers or cabbies do you see?
