work/activities on AMCAS

Hi guys,

I posted this thread on the Pre-Med allopathic forum, but I didn't get any responses so I'm going to try it here

I was just wondering what you guys are putting for your 15 activities/experiences...do we just put what we did? are we supposed to include what we learned and got out of it? I would think that would be the most important part, but I'm not entirely sure...
