Worth filling out AAMC Outline?

I'm a few days out from my MCAT and i'm doing some last minute content review.

I wanted to use my time effectively and was thinking about going through the BS outline from AAMC and filling in the information for the different topics.

Is it worth my time to do this? I've only done the enzymes section so far, and I did learn a thing or two when I was just researching around to make sure I got everything.

I probably will not do PS section since i'm pretty good at that section.

I don't think so. I attempted to fill it out as I was doing content review and did not feel that it was useful. There's several shorter outlines available online such as on mcat-review.org that you can just review before your MCAT.
