I was wondering on everyones take on rotating at top programs and if it's worth it if you have no shot of getting in. I was considering rotating at a top program that I am currently doing research at mostly for the letter of rec but someone told me I'm better off getting a letter from the physician I'm working with and doing a rotation at a place where I have a better shot at getting in..

    Suggestions?
