writing own LOR draft

My dentist asked me to write a draft of a recommendation letter and then he will edit it and finally submit it to aadsas.

Has anyone on here written their own dentist recommendation letter? Its awesome that he lets me write my own, but where do i start???!!!

I would appreciate any help from anyone as this is my last letter that needs to be submitted to complete my application!!!
