Interesting read - Oath Betrayed

Has anyone read the book Oath Betrayed-Torture, Medical Complicity and the War on Terror by Steven Miles? It is an interesting read. I think it largely ends up being a criticism of the war. The author beats up corpsman, GMOs, specialists and military medicine at large.

I've only read a short description of the book as posted on isbndb.com after you posted this, but I am curious before I hunt down a copy to read (after MCATs on the 27th x_x): how much of the book deals specifically with the war and Abu Gharib as opposed to milmed in general?
