A couple of etiquette questions...

Thank you notes to only the PD? or to all faculty members and residents with whom one has interviewed?

Are email notes okay? or should they be paper snail mail?

How long is too long to wait to send a note after the interview?

I think handwritten thank you notes on the back of $100 bills, mailed ASAP to everyone who interviews you, should become standard.

I think aPD would agree with me.
