I was wondering if anybody has any info/expereince with the North Texas COM DO/PhD program? Any opinions on it?

I like TCOM a lot but no offense...why do you want to do a DO/PhD there? It's not even fully funded...you have to pay for your med school years. The GSBS is also fairly new...not much research opportunities there. There are many other programs in Texas worth pursuing over TCOM for research. Have you ever thought about Galveston or Houston...both great for research.

They are only one of two schools that even advertise they have an combined DO/PhD program. And yeah I already sent my app to Galvilston
