gen chem 2 from osu online or une online

I'd like to hear some pros/cons from people who have taken this course (or a similar one) from these 2 schools. I am not looking for the easiest way out here - I want to learn this well and work hard to score well. I am backwards in the game in that I have already completed Gen Chem 1, O Chem 1...
