    If you could keep it real for just a moment, what would you say and to whom?

    Here was my night. Currently i'm a tech in an ER and my nights are usually pretty chill (if that makes sense for an emergency room). But, for some reason I believe the charge nurse had it out for me....one encounter in particular stood out to me. it went like this: REALITY *patient hits nurse...
