One Bedroom One Bathroom apartment available August 10th at 329 South 42nd Street, Surrey Hall Apartments. Near UPenn/Drexel/USciences graduate and undergraduate schools. Located in a relatively safe location within the Penn Patrol zone. Rent is $1075 per month and includes heat, gas, trash removal, water/sewage. You would just have to pay for electric! There's a large room in the basement for bike storage, a room with new washers and dryers, and on street parking is available. An elevator is located in the main lobby for your convenience. There is a mailing system inside of the building that is readily accessible by usps/fedex/ups to keep your packages safer. You can also have them delivered to the leasing office for pickup. Electronic keys are provided for the building and are more secure and easier to use than traditional keys. Free shuttle service offered by the leasing office for your convenience.

The location is away from the busier streets (quieter) but still in close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, SEPTA stops, etc. Your neighbors in the building would be other university students (mainly UPenn and Drexel). Great for grad students or undergrads that want a quieter environment that is still close to the busy and exciting areas of University City. Must be a current or incoming student at one of the surrounding universities which include: University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and Institute of the Culinary Arts. 1 bedroom apartments are a hot commodity in the city and at $1075 a month including utilities for the space that you'll be getting, this is one of the last best offers before fall semester begins!
