1 month sublet or housing near NIH in Jan/Feb

I'm a 4th year medical student who will be doing a 4 week rotation at NIH Clinical Center and looking for somewhere short-term to stay 1/17/11-2/13/11 (though dates are negotiable, give or take a day). I'm responsible and respectful and I don't care if the place is furnished or not though wifi/internet is preferable.
