Before you splurge on the ECs make sure you can handle the med school pre-reqs. A full year of 3.0 on intro pre-med courses could be problematic if the trend continues.

Might be worth just focusing on Ochem 1 this semester and waiting on calc if you aren't overly naturally talented at math(which is fine many successful physicians never were). The focus has to be on doing well at all costs. Worth considering just getting adjusted to Ochem this semester then focusing on Ochem 2 and maybe physics 1 next semester then senior year knocking out physics 2, calc, any other pre-reqs and maybe taking biochem and a physiology/anatomy class.
