A few months ago I bought Kaplan's Review book through e-Bay (the 5" thick one) for about $35. Then recently I decided to buy someone's used Kaplan books from the review course they took. I figured the books would be well worth the $100 and the information inside would be gold . Turns out the chapters are the same word-for-word  ! Each chapter is followed by 20 review questions which is nice, but certainly not worth the money. Save yourself some money and buy the review book off the shelf, and make up for the missing questions with a $20 book that has a bunch of practice questions .

I agree. I took Kaplan, paid the dough, and wound up concluding the magic was in the books (and the sample tests), not the classroom.
