I am a little concerned with the cumulative clinical exposure you have described since it's a little light: 50 shadowing is minimum expected (good) and 100 clinical volunteering is also desired (you're at 40 documented). Future hours don't count for much, even with the COVID-19 lockdown since there are a lot of applicants who have taken gap years and more time to boost their profiles. I still think you'll get some attention from your in-state and some privates,, but keep in mind that concern.
