Your clinical and non clinical hours are low compared to other applicants to top tier school and schools that emphasize service to others. I suggest these schools with your stats and EC's.
The UCs (remove UC Riverside if you are not from that region)
Stanford
USC Keck
Kaiser
California University
Boston University
Tufts
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Case Western
Ohio State
Cincinnati
U Michigan
UVA
Duke
Emory
Vanderbilt
Miami
USF Morsani
Tulane
U Chicago
Northwestern
Washington University

If you're really gunning for top schools, take a year off and get another few hundred hours of clinical experience. Another 100-200 hours of nonclinical experience wouldn't hurt either. As you are now, you've got stellar stats but weak ECs by top-20 standards. You could call the crisis text line clinical experience if you wanted; adcoms here have said it could go either way. Good luck - but a good chunk of your list needs to be mid-tiers.
