I tried looking this up. Am I allowed to make more changes to my application after submitting it to one program... say I want to apply to two programs one with deadline of Oct 1st and second with deadline of Oct 15. Can I submit my application for Oct 1st, make minor modifications and then submit updated application for second program?

Don't the updates just transfer over to what they see on their end? Like if you make update to your experiences or upload a new document wouldn't they be able to see that even after you submitted.

Ok thanks. Just to confirm, I'm not trying to make changes to the submission I made in the past, but rather to upcoming programs that I plan to apply to

You can make certain updates. I can't remember where it is, but there is a page of instruction on ADEA PASS that outlines the things you can update. Its true you can't take something down that you have already submitted, but you can make certain additions.
