I went to undergrad at UMKC and was faced with the same choice between KCOM and ARCOM 3 years back, and I ultimately chose ARCOM because it's cheaper, and the fact that I know I wasn't gonna be happy with the small town life which could have affected my performance. Although, looking back sometimes I wonder if I made the wrong decision due to uncertainties with the match, but I'm definitely happy here (happier than I think I would have been in Kirksville). The decision is yours. Do what you think is best for you! Usually you can't go wrong with going to the more established school, but for me I didn't think it was worth the extra $60K since I want to do something that is not super competitive anyway.
Edit: just to say you can go ahead a withdraw from your other interviews. Nothing special about these other schools IMO.
