Struggled w/ ochem, constantly changed majors, and my study habits weren't that good when I started upper-division coursework. What happened during your junior year?
I haven’t submitted. This is for the 2022-2023 cycleSo you sound like you have submitted already. That 507 MCAT does you no favors for MD schools especially as a California resident. Your DO schools may bring you more luck.
I only took those 11 units which were an upper-div science and two non-science courses. They were just classes I was interested in taking while everything was shut down last year. I haven't done any outreach. What benefit would that provide me?Okay, so you have some time. How are you doing with postbac courses? What did you take? How much outreach have you done with admissions counselors at the schools on your DO list?
Yeah I was worried about that too. Someone called a bunch of schools and according to them, only Georgetown and Creighton screen out subsection scores <125 which is why I didn't include them in my listsome MD schools screen out people with under 125 MCAT subscores. I think UCI might be one?
