I submitted everything in late June as a reapplicant and was fine. Your application is riding on whether you can raise you MCAT score. It seems like you are on track to reach your goal, but it is better to know what you are applying with than risk the worst case scenario. I think you should wait for your scores and fully polish your app before submitting it.
