2 years since graduation. what to do for LOR???

I graduated about 2 years ago. I didn't really get to know many of my professors that well due to the fact that most of my classes had over a 100 students. what should I do to get my science LORs??? how would i go about approaching the professors who probably don't even remember me since it's been 2 years?? thanks for the help in advance.
