2002 Berkeley Review General Chemistry?

I was just wondering how different are the 2002 books (of general chemistry) from the newer versions, I know some material changed, but is it really that much different? Or can I still get by if I get the 2002?

Well, they are cheap, and I checked the 2002/2003 physics books, and they haven't changed much at all over the years.
