I just got a secondary, verified 7/25, OOS
No, it doesn't show up! I guess it's attached if it says it's okay, though...When you guys try to upload the photo, does it not show up?
I would imagine that's what you do (and that they could gather from the # of credits whether or not the course had a lab with it). My labs are separate on my transcripts, so I'm just adding them additionally. Are you guys checking 'Lab?' if your course included a lab component?
last secondary, submitted! in state, 3.9, 42
I'm pretty sure the odds of winning the lottery are higher than you ending up at this school. Impressive stats.
You look like a great candidate here based on their incoming class stats:Just submitted primary here. 3.68 cGPA, 3.51 sGPA, 29S MCAT. Any shot?
So would it be safer to assume students are more attractive if they strive for primary care more than say, neurosurgery in the first prompt?

Is anyone having trouble uploading their photo? Mine doesn't work. Also, on the LOR page, it says to "complete the required fields" but there are no fields to complete! What is going on?
1) The photo didn't automatically show up for me. After logging out and back in, it then showed up. If you upload your photo and get a green check mark, it should show up eventually. Is anyone having trouble uploading their photo? Mine doesn't work. 2) Perhaps your LOR section looks different than mine, but I had my four letters displayed. I just put a check next to all of them ... I guess denoting that I want them all looked at? I wasn't too sure about this one, but it seemed logical to check them. 😛
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. I suppose the answer is yes?Did you have to send the LORS from AMCAS before they showed up? Maybe that is my problem.
haha, well I'll give you a 👍 for your reference.straight up ignored by Noggin
I don't have an answer to your question, but I just wanted to tell you that every time I read your name of think of Finding Nemo and Crush saying "noggin" to Squirt and then Crush and Squirt saying "duuude"

I had my letters submitted to AMCAS before my primary was verified and then sent them to Quinnipiac with the primary (i.e., checked them in the AMCAS application when choosing Quinnipiac as a school to send the primary to).
Quinnipiac says they received my LORs almost immediately after I submitted my primary (6/10/13, 9:33am).
Sounds like a plan. Hopefully they update your secondary soon! Good luck!Ok yeah thats what I was thinking. I will go ahead and designate them on AMCAS and hopefully they will show up on the secondary.
How do we describe when we inspired others without sounding conceited???

I have a low subscore too. No worries. Submit that secondary early.
I'm a little confused on this question. What exactly do they want us to write about here? How do you see yourself contributing to the learning environment at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine?

I used the setback question to talk about an academic issue. Whatever you write about, I believe the most important part is talking about how you dealt with the issue and what you learned from it.For the Setback question, can it be an academic setback? Or does it have to be only if you were disadvantaged and how you dealt with it?
I just haven't considered myself disadvantaged compared to most people so I was wondering if an academic setback would be a good idea, like having an upward trend in a subject I was not good at (academic accomplishment).
If my university is on a quarter system, do I have to convert my quarter credits to semester credits?
I have done 3 quarters (a whole year) of each of the requirements (inorganic chem, ochem, math, physics, bio english)...Each class was worth 5 credits on my transcript. On my AMCAS app, the conversion says that each course is 3.30 semester hours.
Do I go with 5 or 3.30? Also, do I enter the same exact name of the course as listed on the AMCAS? Do I also enter the course number (ex. Chem 330)? There is no separate box for the course number on the secondary app..
thanks guys
Anyone else having technical difficulties with the online app? I can't save the courses page...
