I'm not sure what the reason is for lack of replies. People not preparing for the exam? People being protective of the pearls of wisdom with regards to this exam? The second year fellows that I work with all passed and several claimed to have "over-prepare" for the exam. I'm actually finding the USMLE Neurology material to be helpful. Let's face it...outside of a few neurology months, we normally don't practice much in the way of neurology.
