It appears that Midwestern has a soft spot for those with a master's degree. The number of first year enrollees with the advanced degree has increased even discounting the top two schools, which account for 20% of those enrolled. Notice that there are barely over a handful of schools that do not have enrollees with an MS or doctorate.

Is Master of public health considered as Master of Science? Thank you for the information!

MS is used as a generic designation and it does include anything with an M in it.

Interesting. So eventually having an MS will be a requirement and to have a leg up on other applicants, you will need a PhD to apply to dental schools :p

lol at Midwestern... 104/140 = 74.3% .... Wished they mentioned this before applying there and wasting $90 + supplemental fees.

It's not 104. Likely misreported, erroneously entered, or just outright wrong information. Not on doc's part. Somewhere up the pipeline. They do like masters people though, but nothing like that.

It must be.... 104 seemed a bit excessive. Thanks for clearing it out.
