I have one chip in the back of my head telling me to look for apartments for now and another telling me to have a plan B just Incase I have to start next year. LOL ughhhh

Yo honestly thought lol. But yeah lets keep each other updated! My friend from last year got off the hold list late april, so idk if i believe the whole "its gonna take a month to rank" thing. I really think that it might just be a ploy to get people to stop calling so much lmao

Last yr, the movement for the hl began a few days before the ranks were available. So lets hope for movement. Lots and lots of movement.

You guys are going to drive yourselves insane hawking on here waiting for someone to say anything hinting about HL movement. I was in the same position as you guys last year and it was hell. Take it from me and do yourselves a favor and stay away from the forum, because it's not going to bring you any closure and it's only going to drive you insane.

The best advice I could offer would be to call admissions once a month or once every two weeks. Historically, they always go through the HL and last year was the first time they hadn't exhausted the entire list. With that being said, things may have changed and they may have shortened the list to avoid the issues that it's caused for them, myself, and others that have come from last years HL.

You're better off enjoying what time you have left, because if and when they do call you're going to have a lot to catch up on all at once.

Idk why its doing that. When i open it from my laptop the 2018 pops up. When i open the link from phone 2017 pops up lol

But if you go to their site. Click on the “for students” on the top right of the page. And then click on match result 2017. It should give you the 2018.

People who were on the hold list last year - did you send any update letters and did that help? I understand it means you are accepted but maybe to help ranking

Pretty sure this question has been asked and answered on here before somewhere by someone. I can tell you that I didn't send anything and that I do recall someone saying anything sent wont really help your rank on the hold list. :(

Im also on the holdlist, I was able to ask Dean Watkins that question and she said it would not change your position.
