My dude you've got 23 II's, leave some for the rest of us!
Haha bro, the key is applying to a billion schools
I put it wrong in the post to be honest, it was my first time using the calculator and i was also pretty agitated, but damn, you guys out here trying to get people!! What's with the hyper competitiveness? This is supposed to be a helpful forum.
THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING MY DIBS LOL
II today, soonest is end of January. LM 70. Complete 7/30
Congrats!! I have the same
LizzyM so maybe i'll hear back!
Do they silent R here?
Honestly my grades aren't impressive for a school like this so I was surprised. I think it was my research/pubs. I'm hopeful!
I have an even lower LM score of 65 and got a II a while back. Hope you hear back soon.
We're actually similar in that sense - we'll see how it turns out for me based on my pubs/experiences. Good luck on your interview!
Anyone who submitted around mid September not get a complete email? I still haven't gotten one and I think I had everything in by 9/11.
Got an II last night! LM 70, OOS. Super excited for this one!
Congrats!! When did you submit?
Sent from my iPhone using SDN mobile
I submitted 7/8 and got the complete email on 7/16!
All my August completed boys, anyone hear back with an II?
Submitted secondary August 1st. Got complete email Sept 7th. Nothing yet!
Complete email today. Submitted secondary 9/6
I just got the complete email today and I submitted 9/6, so yours will be here soon!
Yes, I actually got it today too...thank you!!!
Just got an II, but the interview portal says
"Server Error in '/applicantportal' Application."
Anyone else have/had this problem?
In the last wave of interviews, everyone had this issue (including me). I believe the sorted it out in 30-40 minutes.
Congrats! When did you receive the complete email?
Thanks! Submitted July 27, complete email on September 7
Hey just wondering, what interview dates are open for you?
I am still unable to login (the same error shows up). When it works, I will let you know.
The only interview dates available were late January
For interview thank you notes, did you guys send emails or physical cards?
I sent both because i’m paranoid about the post office losing my letters.
Does anyone know if they are receptive to ITA emails?
Lol just got a complete email after 3 months
+1: was complete early September.
Yeah same, what does this mean? Our app has basically been shut down since then?
Yeah I'm pretty sure they haven't even looked at it yet
Interviewed here in November, and now wondering if I should send any "update"/interest email before the decision comes out in Feb. Do you think this is suggested?
Oh wow so all decisions come out in Feb?
Finally received complete email 12/8 (on a Saturday?). Submitted my secondary on Labor Day.
Accepted MSTP today!
Congrats! So I guess not all decisions come out February
Right! Not sure if it's different for MD (i.e., as opposed to MSTP). I am fairly certain the MSTP has its own AdCom at Einstein, so it very well might differ.
Accepted yesterday as well! Maybe I'll see you at revisit!
Edit: accepted MSTP
After my MD interview I received an email that said "The first date that letters of disposition are mailed is February 1" so I guess MSTP vs MD is different
Yay congrats! I'm planning to be at revisit so yeah maybe we'll meet!!
Does Einstein do MMI or traditional interviews? Also, for those who have interviewed already what time did the interview day end?
Does Einstein accept updates?
Yes I emailed them my updates and they added it to my file right away
Sent from my iPhone using SDN mobile
Post-interview though, right?
(Edit: From a prior response on this thread and per the website, "We ask that you not send any updates after your application is completed, unless requested by the Admissions Committee. Anything that you would like to send prior to the completion of your application should be sent typed in the body of a WORD document, or email. We cannot accept pdf files.")
Oh, oops. I sent an update a few weeks ago (as a PDF attached to an email no less!) but it did not seem to hurt me as I received an acceptance there. Extrapolate from this experience at your own discretion
EDIT: just remembered the MSTP committee is probably separate from the MD committee, disregard my comment if applying MD only
Haha this process makes no sense! Congrats
