I interviewed in late August and I'm still waiting for a decision :/

I’m in a similar boat as you. I know it doesn’t help much to be told to wait but ECU really likes seeing a large majority of applicants so they can craft their class well. I would imagine we might see some movement in later November/early December once they have interviewed a statistical majority of their interviewees and presented them to the admissions committee.

My stats are very avg for Brody, both MCAT & GPA's. Nothing too spectacular. But I have somewhat strong EC's/work experiences in my opinion. I wouldn't stress!

• Made 19 offers
  (Generally it takes 120-135 offers to fill a class)

Looks like they accepted four more people this week.

I actually got an interview from a different out of state school, and I talked to the admissions dean at Brody and he was like yeah you should have a good shot at our school. Alas, nothing from Brody.

Don’t feel too bad. I interviewed at Brody last year, didn’t get in. They told me if I worked on some things, they could see me getting accepted there. I thought I improved what they told me to, have been complete since July, and still silence.

Thanks! Hope the cycle works out for you man. I really don't understand why I can't get an II here. The only advice I got was to apply earlier which I did this time.

I believe they release it in waves a few days after the 1st and the 15th of every month (dates when the committee meets).
