Hello all, I know this doesn’t really belong in this thread as we are listing invites. Since I haven’t gotten any for the I6 (and I am kinda freaking out as I watch yours rain in), I was wondering if there are any fellow IMGs applying for the I6, what your credentials are and how many invites you have gotten. Just trying to figure out if any are going to come my way. Happy for feedback from AMGs as well.
Me: US-IMG, Step 1 252, Step 2 261, cs pass, 1,5 years research in cardiac surgery as resident with multiple pubs, 4 months US clinical experience (not accademic, local hospitals only), ok/good LOR (one from former PD of Cardiac Surgery Cleveland Clinic, one from another US doc). graduated med school 1,5 years ago.

Hey man. So I'm a DO student not an IMG but I'd guess I'm more similar to you than a US MD. My stats are 249/245. 2 pubs CT 3 pubs Surgery that aren't CT. Letters are a chief of staff at a good hospital who's a CT and the chief of CT at said hospital then two general surgeons. I've got 2 CT specific research experiences that are months long.

I got two IVs so far CT both of which are at programs that have accepted DOs/IMGs. Your stats are better than mine so idk what to tell you except hang in there. We've got a lot more coming out there are still like 20 programs to go!

The places that Ive heard that has accepted DOs are UW, UTSA, and UCDavis. Am i missing any?

Im a 3rd year DO student all in on the integrated thoracics. Congrats guys for making it this far. I hope to work with you one day.

Yeah so two actually. It was 11/9 and the January date for USC-LA. Stanford only offered one though on the 10/8 invite day for me.

No, I had the same thing. Tried calling the coordinator and didn't get an answer. Left a voicemail but haven't heard back.
 
Any news from Penn today? Or is someone on the reddit spreadsheet trolling.
