Great. We should all remain hopeful then! Good luck!
So positive lol. They have already sent out their interview invites by now.
no essays from what I remember. Just pay the fee.Hey I may apply here next cycle. Would someone mind staying what the “secondary application” question was for this school?
II about an hour ago! Does anyone know if they are interviewing for just the waitlist now?
To be fair, things can change week to week especially this late in the cycle and I know of schools that don't mention applicants are only interviewing for a waitlist spot this until the actual interview day. Sorry if my comment annoyed you though lolThis is the 10000 time someone asked this question. Not to be rude but do y’all know scrolling up exists?

Hm earlier in this thread people were mentioning a PCOM-specific essay question with the primary application. Is that not a thing?no essays from what I remember. Just pay the fee.

AnYone who interviewed on 2/20 hear anything? I know it’s been a short time only but my friend interviewed in January And heard back in exactly 2 weeks!
Do any current students know if PCOM has talked about closing down campus due to coronavirus? I'm supposed to interview on March 19th and wondering if there's a chance that might not happen. My school and a lot of others have switched to online courses so I'm a little concerned.
Did they say its up and running? I wasn't sure if by their email they meant that they have something prepared if it gets to that point or if it is currently available for students who wish to do a virtual interview.I’ll be doing the virtual interview. Don’t want to risk flying across the country.

It's available as an option, you just have to email them to switch. I think the email said that it will still be on the same scheduled date.Did they say its up and running? March 23rd. It'll be a 30 minute virtual interview. When is your interview?

Same here! I have a feeling any interviews granted after the month of January is basically for waitlists in case enough ppl give up their spots for their higher ranked choices. Honestly would have preferred a rejection to get started on next cycle or somethingGot waitlisted. Got the mail today, interviewed 2/20

Unfortunately that’s the sad part! There is no magic potion. I know people with 500s on their mcats getting 7 interviews at MD schools and people with 510s getting rejected. Same with gpa and the application in general. I guess u just have to think of this is what is meant to be will be! At the end of the day, Med school is a business too. Hopefully enough ppl will relinquish their spots and we can have some good news towards the end! Good luck mate and keep ur chin up! ✊It’s so annoying because you try so hard to be perfect for a certain school, and yet your best is not enough. And I am beginning to agree with you. After Jan, is like staring in the soul of WL lol. And it’s SO annoying that they aren’t receptive on phone or email, or letter of intended....like literally nothing. ;(

April 15th a $1500 non refundable tuition prepayment is due!Do any accepted students know of any upcoming deadlines for deposits for PCOM?
Well now I'm nervous. I interviewed the same day and haven't gotten anything.Delayed decision letter today dated March 13th. Interviewed March 4th.
Is that essentially waitlisted?Delayed decision letter today dated March 13th. Interviewed March 4th.
Is that essentially waitlisted?
From last cycles, delayed decision is exactly what it sounds like. It isn't necessarily good or bad. They have reviewed these applicants usually mid/late april and then accepted them, waitlisted, or rejected. Some were delayed into the summer. From all that's happening right now though, there is no telling what it means. Is that essentially waitlisted?
I would think they are slowed down from COVID-19, especially since that changed all current interviews to online format only. My guess would be either that they are done sending interviews or that they are waiting until campus is open maybe.Anyone getting interview invites? File complete as of mid-January. Not sure if they're that behind or I should be very skeptical. I'm sure they're not getting much, if any, work done on it all now.
