2019-2020 video interview Thank-you's

I had a video interview for 2020 entering class. Usually in an in-person interview, you could give a thank you card or email.
I wasn't directly given the email address of my interviewer but it is listed on the admissions site. Would it still be appropriate to send a thank you that way? Or should I have asked for the email address at the end of my interview?

Or...could I just send a thank you to the admissions coordinator?

I just meant my interview was a video interview instead of in-person (due to covid) so I didn't know if I should follow the same follow up process.
