8/5, and red, yes.
Good to hear I'm not the only one! I guess they will get to ours once they are done doing ED?

8/5, and red, yes.
+1I am non-ED and my application was marked "complete" on 8/6 and I still have that "red" circle thing next to "In Progress". Anyone else in a similar boat?

Took me about two months. How long has it taken for most people for that red circle to turn green? I submitted on the 11 of September

Those usually come later in the cycle once most of their class has committed to themDoes anyone know if there’s a Facebook group for the class of 2025 yet? I know in precious years they had them.
Who knows, maybe some spots will open up! oh no, I must be too late then 🙁
+1Yay I've also heard absolutely nothing and I was complete end of July haha
8/4 and red as well...8/5, and red, yes.
interviewing in december, but i'm curious what is the post-ii rate like? ~~~ cheers
MSAR reveals matriculant data, not acceptance data. They likely accept double that with significant movement until distilled to the matriculant list. Tulane is not on @TheDataKing's Post-II A spreadsheet (found in their signature on the first post of this thread)...so....¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If they interview ~600, for a class of 190, good chance they accept 300-400?Check MSAR. It says there 🙂
yup this is true. You can guestimate that it's probs around 2x the number of students in the class but we really don't know. MSAR doesn't paint a full picture and they refuse to give UNSWR their dataMSAR reveals matriculant data, not acceptance data. +1Submitted 7/26—>under review since 9/3 and still haven’t heard anything.
Sorry :/ is this a mass email? Are they done sending out II?Just got an email saying they were “forced not to give out an II to many exceptional students” 🙁
i havent heard anything from this schoolSorry :/ is this a mass email? Are they done sending out II?
I haven’t eitheri havent heard anything from this school
If you are under review now I am sorry but it sounds like an R... from personal experiences.Just got an email saying they were “forced not to give out an II to many exceptional students” 🙁
It is with much regret that we inform you that your application has been reviewed and we will not be able to interview you for the Tulane University School of Medicine incoming Class of 2019. This is a disappointment, almost as much for those who are responsible for the decision as it may be for you, the applicant who is turned away.
Most of the applicants we reviewed this year are incredibly well qualified for medical school and are likely to make important contributions the medical profession. Sadly, with more than 12,000 applicants for 190 spots, we are forced to not offer interviews to many exceptional people. Due to the large volume of applications, we cannot advise you regarding your application. We hope that you receive an acceptance to a medical school of your choice and that both success and happiness will be yours as you continue your training. Please accept our best wishes for all your future endeavors.
I believe its a rejection email 😕Sorry :/ is this a mass email? Are they done sending out II?
Stealing our moneyi submitted early august and they still haven't looked at my app... what're they doing
did they send all II already ?
No, its unlikely that all II went out already. There was a misunderstanding from an R email that it may have gone out to all students, but it did not. I will say chances of II from Tulane after their initial wave of II are quite low. In previous years, they send out a HUGE first wave of them but then the remaining IIs that they send are intermittent and sparse. They are known for their 'rolling' process and if you look back a few pages, you'll see when the tsunami hit.did they send all II already ?

Yes, this person has received an R email 🙁. However, I will say after October 15th, another wave of interviews usually go out (although not as large as the original). People get into their top choice and drop all other interviews. We can keep holding on.No, its unlikely that all II went out already. Yeah, I should have rephrased. They slowly trickle in late November and right before Christmas break I think, but this year could be different. In previous years it was actually a bit closer to December I believe for the second small wave
no. i got this too a few weeks ago. can anyone confirm?I just got the email that my application is complete and under review and I will be hearing from them once a decision is made. I submitted late July with a LM of 78. Is this the soft R email that people are discussing?
I wasn’t expecting anything from Tulane, I think this is one of the few schools where you had to be super earlyno. i got this too a few weeks ago. can anyone confirm?
No, that means they're going to review your application and decide on II/R/hold. Same one I got before they reviewed mine. It seems thats a different rejection email? not totally sure, but they aren't the sameno. i got this too a few weeks ago. can anyone confirm?
mine= app is under review emailmine was sent 9/16 and i havent heard since. maybe thats a R?
exactlyIt's like we're all slowly being led to the mass slaughterhouse.
+1So confused about where I stand with this school, got my "under review" email on 8/17 and haven't heard anything since. My portal still says "In Progress." Should I count myself out?
