Not sure, but the accepted students page has about 120 in it. Hope that helps!

I’m not sure but it seems to be an every other week type of admission process they go through. Could be two more weeks of waiting 🤷🏽‍♂️

With a large number of folks hearing back with WLs or Rs, no news is good news at this point. However, do keep in mind that, due to the nature of the review process, not everyone from the same interview dates will be on the same schedule.

If they told you that you are interviewing for a waitlist spot, then yes this means you will either get either a waitlist or a rejection at first. But, this isn't necessarily bad, you could be accepted off of the waitlist at a later time!

After you interview, three to four independent reviewers score your overall application. These reviewers are physicians, and the speed of review will vary between them. These reviews need to be completed before your app appears in the biweekly adcom meetings.

Highly unlikely, unfortunately. Almost half of all interviewees haven’t heard an initial decision. I would expect to hear back in mid to late April at the earliest.

They give out a handful of full- and half-tuition merit scholarships every year. Scholarships are rolling, and I would guess that the first round has been distributed already this year, but they will continue to go out as people decline their UMN acceptances.
