You're not, they and Robert wood Johnson have been extremely silent to people still in the running but not in II range just yet. Radio silence on my end too.
 
I’m OOS LM 74 with no ties to the state. Complete 8/13. Should I assume rejection at this point?

Gotcha. It’s just the radio silence is awful and do you know if they have sent out pre-II Rs? Or do they generally wait until the end to send them?

I think they wait until the end? There may have been some Pre-II R's but between so many threads it's hard to keep track. Though I don't remember seeing any from either Rutgers campus lol

Probably not, since they use it to pay for a background check! 🙂

The question is, why would they ask you to pay it, or run a background check, until after you are committed? Most schools don't do that until later in the spring, typically after 4/30, even if it's before the CTE date.
 
Hi guys, are the A calls at any particular time of day/day of week? Do they come out in waves or sporadically? Thanks
 
Historically, until when does this school extends interviews? Or if you haven’t heard still, this is done deal? Do they send rejection letters to applicants that were not interviewed?

Just got an IS II a few minutes ago! The only options were for next week. I’m confused about the interview format, is it a single traditional interview with no MMI? I would like to spend the weekend preparing so would love to figure this out

Yes, single interview that can go up to an hour long, and no MMI.

There is also an info session with the dean that you attend, usually in the same week of the interview

Absolutely no clue! Also, does anyone know whether September interviewees are down for the count at this point? Not sure whether others have been waitlisted but waiting to hear back for three months doesn’t seem like it’d bring good news.

I was debating on sending a letter of interest, it’s my first time applying so I’m not sure how to go about following up with medical schools

I don’t think this is necessary. Admissions has not forgotten about their interviewees and we don’t really know what happens behind these closed doors unfortunately.

Anyone that got accepted, did everyone get calls or was it just an email? And if It was a call was it on a particular day?
 
Have any September interviewees who haven’t gotten an A yet heard anything else from this school since their interview? (Waitlists or rejections)
 
Has anyone who interviewed heard any news lately? Also do we know how/when NJMS sends out post-II rejections?
 
As a mid-oct interviewee, I feel like them being behind schedule doesn’t justify that we should be hearing soon. If anything it feels like an inevitable WL at this point that they’re just delaying. Last year, late Nov and Dec interviewees were starting to hear back around this time. It sucks that this school takes so long to get back with little transparency on when to expect any news. Makes it really stressful for everyone
