How much is the Secondary Application fee?
Also, I’m wondering why I keep getting emails from DMU saying “Thank you for your interest in our program”
I didn’t even know about the school. Is that common?

There are secondary-like questions on the primary application through AACOMAS. The fee is the regular primary fee for applications.

They told us 4-6 weeks at the event, although from last year's forums it looks like people heard back in ~2 weeks. The first session this cycle was August 16th and no one has posted anything yet, so maybe they are sticking to the 4-6 weeks this year?

People were dressed very professional, I did my interview on 8/23 and haven't heard anything but it hasn't even been 2 weeks and they said 4-6 weeks

Not a traditional interview, really more for us to get to know the program and ask questions. I went in person and it consisted of a couple different panels/presentations (financial aid, student services, etc.), a "coffee-chat" with current faculty, and an informal Q&A with DO students with a campus tour. I would assume that the virtual would be similar without the tour/lunch.

Pretty informal. At the beginning, there is one question about "why DMU" that everyone answers... other than that it is mostly just listening to the dean (who is really cool), profs, and then a few students do the tour and Q and A.

I’d bet it’s pretty high. They interview into June most years to keep the WL full bc people accepted early in the cycle end up dropping their seats for MD or other schools. If you got interviewed this early and didn’t totally throw it, chances are good you’ll get good news.
