Does anyone have advice on submitting updates? I recently had papers published where i was an author (never have before) and I want to update them but unsure how to format. Should i just submit a pdf of the paper(s) or a pdf type up saying that i published with a link?

Oh, I had the same question actually. I wrote a clinical research paper and am giving a research presentation for one of my state medical societies on it next month and I dont have a clue how to tell schools about it.
 
Does anyone know their policy for thank you notes/emails? Directly to the interviewers or the admissions email or through the portal?

I’d love to also know about this as well. At Mayo, the preferred way is to upload the thank you note via their Portal

My experience was pretty much the same and I’m OOS and interviewed early this week.

+1! I forgot to ask my interviewers for their emails, so not sure if I should upload via portal or just send to the admissions email?

does anyone know when we can expect phone calls tomorrow? and do they come before or after the email
 
I thought about it but I'd rather wait until second look, since attendance will probably be better then and the people attending will more likely be seriously considering UVA as one of their top choices.
 
for those of you that got the A, what time did they send the email?? I'm tweaking waiting for tomorrow's wave

Is it ok to send my letter of intent to the Associate Dean of Admissions or the Director of admission or both???
