227 on CBSE. 12 weeks out. What does this mean

Not sure how to interpret my score. I see people scoring 240s-250s on CBSE on reddit and here, which is discouraging, but I scored about 45 points above my class average (Mid-ranked US MD). I take step in 12 weeks.
