3.2 gpa 505 MCAT

Hi guys, so I am not verified yet, and I received my MCAT score today and it's a 505. I have good EC's, essays, and committee letter but my gpa is a 3.2 with an upward trend (mainly bc I got a D- in orgo 2 but I'm retaking) I was hoping to do better on the MCAT so I'm really unsure on what to do. Should I withdraw MD and apply only to DO? What do you guys think I should do here?

Look I don’t have an official opinion ... don’t withdrAw from low tier private schools and your state schools , but doesn’t look good .
