Here are my qualifications. I know that my GPA is low, but I want to know where I can get with these stats. I am going to apply to many different schools (Both MD and DO), and I hope to get in somewhere. The schools I'm thinking about are:

*Touro School of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California (DO) (Dream)
*Touro School of Osteopathic Medicine in Nevada (DO)
*UCSF School of Medicine (MD) (Dream)
*Stanford School of Medicine (MD) (Dream)
*University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (MD)
*UC Davis School of Medicine (MD)
*University of the Pacific (MD)
*New York University (MD)
*UC Riverside School of Medicine (MD)
*University of Pikeville (DO) (Kentucky)
*UC Irvine School of Medicine (MD) (Dream)

1. How can I improve my application? I plan to apply in the early timeframe.

2. What are my chances in each school that I listed above?

3. Should I take a year off and just improve my GPA?

4. Is all hope lost?

Also my cGPA for DO is 3.32, and my sGPA for DO is 3.36.

You should be fine for many DO schools (you should add more DO schools to your list), but your GPA's are unfortunately rather low for MD. Do you have an upward trend? If so, apply to some schools that look at that heavily (NYMC, Rosalind Franklin, etc.) -- worth a shot I suppose. Your EC's look outstanding.

An SMP may be necessary for MD.

You are fine for any DO program, but for MD, not competitive. You can improve by retaking any F/D/C science coursework, and acing everything from now on.

If you're really boning for an MD, then a SMP or post-bac is in order, along with a great MCAT (>33).

you are competitive for most DO schools, but I would add a few more.

For MD, your numbers are simply too low unless you are URM or have a really forgiving state school. Expect 100% rejections.
