Any DO school, your state schools, all HBCs and all the low tier MD schools and new ones.

I'm currently a senior URM (AA female) at a top 20 university and I had an upward trend until my junior year where physics messed everything up. I scored a 505 on my mcat

I have 9 months of research experience, volunteer as a facilitator/tutor for over a yr for underserved students, over 2 yrs working in alumni relations, over 130 clinical volunteer hours by the time I apply (ER and Discharge/patient floors), volunteered as a facilitator for teens in a local church.

Do I really have any shot at DO and MD schools? If I do, where do you guys recommend? If I don't at all, what changes do you reccommend?

Bump, I'm in a similar situation. Not URM, though.

And usually they have some other hook, like veteran status, killer ECs or a massive upward trend from an initial GPA disaster, and/or completing and acing an SMP or post-bac.

Applicants with those stats have historically been successful about 22% of the time.
