I have average EC and work experience. I am getting worried because I still haven't received an interview, and I submitted secondaries late August, early September. I applied to 30+ schools because I received FAP. I am not URM.

Did you apply to all MD schools or any DO schools too? I think for MD its kinda late to apply that late. I think the GPA and MCAT is great. My GPA almost just like yours but far less score in MCAT. I last graduated from UMD School of Nursing in 2004. With good work experience and 4 docs shadowed including a DO. I took my MCAT this last September, and my application was submitted to schools on October 31. I only applied to DO Schools. I have 2 interviews lined up so far and one rejection and still waiting on other 12 to answer. Any how, I really hope you get one this year, but if God forbid you don't, don't give up and definitely apply next year. Meanwhile do things to make yourself more appealing candidate. Its a lot more than only those numbers.
