Hi guys!
I have a 3.36 GPA as a junior double majoring in chemical engineering and biochemistry from a well ranked state college. I'm taking the MCAT in June, and I've had internships at the Mayo Clinic and the NIH the last two summers, and I've been doing research since my sophomore year of high school. I have 100 hours of volunteering and shadowing experience.
I'm also taking an extra semester to bring my GPA up a little more - my dad's in pretty poor health and I've had some mental health/anxiety issues that I've struggled with throughout college, but I've been working towards making those better.
I'm hoping to apply MD, and I'm just wondering what my chances are/what I could do to make my application better.
Thanks!
