sgpa 3.44 (3.8-4.0 last 3 semesters; last 2 semesters were all upper level bio's); 1 C in biochem and 1 C in gen chem
cgpa 3.6
MCAT 510

Research: Not published but was with same prof 2 yrs; 500 hrs total, did a literature review for another prof; 30 hrs total

Volunteer: volunteer in my college towns free clinic weekly 100 hrs total; volunteer in a profit free healthcare clinic in my hometown each summer for the underprivileged (300 hrs total); Volunteer in emergency department (60 hrs), foster a dog that will eventually be a service dog (I take care of it all semester and have to train it, so I'm not sure how many hours that is)

Work: Manager at my summer job for past 3 summers, thinking about becoming a medical scribe this summer not sure

Leadership: Manager at my summer job, chair person for my college town's free healthcare clinic, undergrad in charge at my research lab, started an exercise group at my college's rec center, undergrad advisor for Honors College Students

Shadowing: shadowed ob/gyn (20 hrs), ENT surgeon (20 hrs), primary care doc (120 hrs), Emergency doc (50) I know I need more shadowing hours I plan to get them in during my gap yr next yr while I work

Residence: KY

I'm fine with MD or DO I just want to be a good doctor, if anyone has advice on where I should apply that would be great thanks!

Also apply to at least 6 DO schools and you have UP-KYCOM, MU-COM and WVSOM in your region.
