What might my chances be for next year's cycle for allopathic schools?

Attended top liberal arts college
non science major
200+ hours shadowing
4 year college sports starter and 3 year captain
Performed research over summer with highly regarded physician awaiting publication
Volunteered countless hours with kids over lifetime (sports camps, summer camps, tutoring etc)
Worked 15+ hours on top of sports, school and extracurriculars throughout undergrad

Any patient contact volunteer experience? if you're lacking in that, then that can be as lethal as 4 MCAT score.

If you're OK in the EC dep't, then aim for all low-tier schools, all new schools, and your state school, if any.

shadowing + non-medical volunteering seems to be sufficient, after reading what adcoms wrote on this thread.

Over the summer my clincal volunteering was entirely patient contact volunteer. Any suggestions on which schools may give me a shot with my lower gpa ad my extra curriculars?

Unless you're a URM, don't waste your money on places like Utah, Marshall, and U Chicago.
