3.46 cGPA, No prereqs, Grad student, advice??

I'm 24 nearly finished with my first year of a two year MS in Marriage and Family therapy. I have a 3.46 cGPA and have only taken intro to Chem (got a C) and Gen Chem 1 & 2 (Got C's in each, but took them in two months over the summer while I was working full time and my wife was pregnant). In Grad school I have a 4.0 and have maintained a very high GPA my last two years of UG excluding my two chem classes. I'll be taking all the other prereqs. after I finish grad school. Do the c's in chem hurt me? Will I need other EC's besides a master's (I have worked full time ever since I started college)? What else can I do to help my chances? Thanks for the advice!!
