Overall, 3.48 cgpa and 3.62 sgpa, 518 mcat (evenly split), 30+ yo non-trad. My overall cgpa is low due to several bad grades from a long time ago.

My post-bac overall gpa is 3.6 and post bac sgpa is 3.81. My post-bac consisted of about 79 semester hours.

I have several hundred hours clinical volunteering, 50+ hours shadowing a primary care doc and a couple hundred hours non-clinical volunteering as well. 3 LOR from profs and 1 LOR from a physician. I also have 400+ hours clinical experience that was paid. I aced all of my science pre-preqs in my post-bac. WA resident.

Just wanted some help with a school list. I would prefer a conservative list as I am not really concerned about rank or tier. thank you.

You should apply to both of your state public schools. Case Western, Northwestern and Keck are reaches with your GPA. Oregon and Michigan State accept few non residents with no connection to the state. Consider adding these schools:
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Kaiser
California University
